Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at an authorized location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
